IT'S BACK!! Our sold out Girona Dress has returned! In a new soft linen cotton blend, this elevated modern day pinafore flourishes a minimalist barely-there back, subtle sweetheart neckline, and deep exterior pockets. Framed with adjustable linguini style straps which attach via interior buttons, and chest panel loops which secure the form close to the body, this dress creates a mature and classic silhouette. Our story begins in Lithuania, a country renowned for its high quality beautiful linen, and temperate climate which is ideal for natural flax cultivation. Our flax seeds are completely rain fed, 100% GMO free, and are grown without the use of artificial irrigation, chemical pesticides or chemical fertilizers. Our makers use a 100% mechanical fiber extraction method.
Our flax is then spun into linen at our Portuguese mill outside Porto, Portugal, where it is cut, sewn and dyed. This mill adheres to the most stringent ethical and environmental standards in garment manufacturing, and works with us to create garments that are completely free of toxic components; from the fabric and dyes, to the buttons and elastic, down to the thread, and tags attached to the final garment.
From seed to finished product, our linen garments are reflective of European artistry, and a coveted dedication to craft and sustainability.
