COMPLIMENTARY RETURNS

We offer free returns on all domestic orders.

You have 7 days from your date of delivery to initiate your free return. Return shipping is on us! Just get in touch with us to begin your return and receive your prepaid shipping label.

Please note, returns must meet ALL return criteria:

-Item is in original, new condition
-Item is unworn & unwashed
-Item is in original packaging with tags still on
-Return is initiated within 7 days of package receipt

We reserve the right to refuse any returned item that not meet the return criteria. In this case, the customer will not be refunded and the cost of sending the item back to the customer will be the customer's responsibility.

Returns must be approved by Coco & Ives prior to shipping, and mailed with a Coco & Ives issued prepaid return label. Packages sent without pre-approved label and tracking number will not be issued a refund.

Faulty items must be brought to Coco & Ives' attention within the 7 day return window or else the item is ineligible for return. Please note that items which are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear; by accident; or through misuse will not be considered faulty. There are no exceptions to this policy.

All items meeting return criteria will be issued refunds within 7 days of Coco & Ives' receipt of item.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

We offer returns on International orders.

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning any unwanted items. Please contact our customer service for approval of your return prior to shipping.

We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during international shipment once the package dispatches from the our facility. If the package is lost or damaged after it leaves our shipment facility it is up to the customer to report and deal directly with the mail carrier used.

Standard Domestic Shipping (3-5 business days): $5.95 flat rate

Priority Shipping (1-3 business days): $12.95

Free shipping applies to all domestic orders $100 and up.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING COSTS

International Orders: $30 flat rate




ORDERS & SHIPPING



Orders are typically dispatched from our warehouse within 1-5 business days. Processing times are often longer during sales due to the volume of ours and size of our fulfillment team.

All orders will be shipped ground unless expedited shipping is selected at checkout.

Expedited orders are subject to our processing times. Once your order dispatches, you will receive a shipping confirmation. Please allow 48 hours for your tracking number to begin working.

Coco & Ives is not liable for lost or stolen packages. Lost & damaged packages must be reported and dealt with directly through the carrier. We are not able to alter or cancel orders after they have been placed. Packages that are refused are not considered a return and will not be refunded.

EXCHANGES



We are unable to issue exchanges.

Pricing adjustments are only accepted if the original purchase was within 24 hours of the requested adjustment, and the item in question is still in stock in the size, style, and color it was originally purchased in.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING



We offer international shipping through DHL and other Express International Shipping Carriers. All International orders will ship at a flat rate. Please allow up to 7 business days once your items has shipped.

All customs, duties and tariffs are the sole responsibility of the customer and please note orders may experience holds and delays due to customs. The customer assumes all costs associated with declaration value and tariff costs in the country they are shipping to. We are not responsible for lost or damaged parcels. If your parcel is missing or has been damaged please contact your carrier. If you have any questions regarding import fees please contact your local carrier facility.
