After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email from us. Please allow 5-7 business days for your order to process. Any orders placed after 2 pm on Friday or over the weekend (Saturday and Sunday) will not be processed until Monday. Once your order is processed, you will receive a tracking number along with a shipping confirmation email once the order dispatches. Please allow up to 5 business days from receiving your shipping label and tracking information for your order to ship.
Coco & Ives is not liable for lost or stolen packages once the package has shipped. Lost & damaged packages must be reported and dealt with directly through the carrier.
We are not able to alter or cancel orders after they have been placed. Packages that are refused are not considered a return and therefore will not be accepted.
All orders will be shipped USPS First Class Mail or USPS Ground unless otherwise selected at checkout. Please allow 3-5 business days for delivery. Expedited shipping rates are available at checkout for an additional cost.
For priority and all other expedited shipping options, please note that orders placed after 2pm Friday will not be processed until the following Monday.
We accept domestic returns of unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged items with original tags still on within 14 days of the delivery date. Return requests must be submitted in this time frame.
Customers may choose to return an item for a refund or store credit. The shipping costs for all returns are paid for by the customer and will be deducted from the refund amount; the exception to this policy is if the customer’s item is flawed or damaged and we are sent a notification prior to shipment. We kindly ask that the customer ship the parcel back within 5 days of return approval.
We will not accept or take responsibility for items that are returned without an email notification from the customer and confirmation from us. Upon approval we will email a return shipping label emailed for the customer to attach to their parcel. We will not accept returns that are shipped without using a carrier where we are unable to trace the package. Please email us at email@example.com with your order number to begin processing your return and receive your shipping label.
Coco & Ives does not take responsibility for items that are lost or damaged during shipment back to our facility.
We do not accept exchanges at this time. If you would like to exchange your item, we recommend initiating a return and ordering the new item separately. If you have any questions about this process, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will send you a notification email within 7-10 business days. After inspecting and accepting your return we will then credit the original method of payment used at checkout within 2-3 business days or, if you have opted for store credit, send you a coupon code for the purchase amount minus the cost of shipping. The code must be used during a future checkout and the value will be applied to your order at that time.
Please note only full priced items are eligible for refunds and store credit; all discounted items are final sale.
We offer international shipping through USPS and DHL. All International orders will ship via USPS (7-21 business days) at a flat rate. Please note we are not able to offer tracking or delivery confirmation on these packages and are not responsible for lost or damaged parcels. Please allow up to 21 business days from your shipping confirmation if selecting USPS. Please allow up to 5 business days if selecting our expedited shipping via DHL.
All customs, duties and tariffs are the sole responsibility of the customer and please note orders may experience holds and delays due to customs. The customer assumes all costs associated with declaration value and tariff costs in the country they are shipping to. If you have any questions regarding import fees please contact your local carrier facility.
International orders are final sale and are therefore not eligible for refunds. We will not take responsibility for items that are lost or damaged during international shipment once the package dispatches from the our facility. If the package is lost or damaged after it leaves our shipment facility it is up to the customer to report and deal directly with the mail carrier used. Please note we are unfortunately not able to track international shipments once they leave the United States and suggest selecting expedited shipping in order to discourage shipping delays.
Coco & Ives reserves the right to alter our return and shipping policies at any time without notification to the customer.
