After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Please allow 5-7 business days for your order to process.  Once your order is processed, you will receive a tracking number along with a shipping confirmation email once the order dispatches.  Please allow up to 5 business days from receiving your shipping label and tracking information for your order to ship. 

Coco & Ives is not liable for lost or stolen packages.  Lost & damaged packages must be reported and dealt with directly through the carrier.

We are not able to alter or cancel orders after they have been placed.  Packages that are refused are not considered a return and therefore will not be accepted.

Domestic Shipping

Please allow 3-5 business days for standard domestic delivery.  Expedited shipping rates are available at checkout for an additional cost.

Please note expedited orders are subject to our normal processing times but are given packing & shipping priority.

Domestic Returns


If you'd like to return any of your items you have 10 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

We accept returns of items that meet all of the following return criteria:

    • Item is unwashed and unworn
    • Item is undamaged
    • Item is in new condition
    • Original tags are attached
    • Return is initiated within 10 days of delivery
    • Return package is placed in the mail within 15 days from the date of delivery.

We only accept returned packages that have been:

  • Approved by Coco & Ives prior to shipping
  • Returned with a Coco & Ives issued prepaid return label

Packages sent without pre-approved label and tracking number will not be issued a refund.

Faulty items must be brought to Coco & Ives' attention within the 14 day return window or else the item is ineligible for return.  There are no exceptions to this policy.

International orders are final sale and are not eligible for refunds.


Due to our small collection sizes we are unable to issue exchanges, and are only able to refund purchases in their original payment form or issue store credit.  If you would like to exchange your item for a different size or color we recommend initiating a return and ordering the new item separately.

Pricing adjustments are only accepted if the original purchase was within 24 hours of the requested adjustment, and the item in question is still in stock in the size, style, and color it was originally purchased in.



All items are inspected upon return.  Items meeting return criteria will be issued refunds (excluding shipping costs) within 2 weeks of Coco & Ives' receipt of item.

If an item does not meet all the return criteria the customer will not be refunded and the cost of sending the item back to the customer will be the customer's responsibility.

A flat rate return shipping cost and restocking fee of $15 will be deducted from the customer's refund unless the customer has received a faulty item.  All items meeting return criteria will be issued refunds (excluding original and return shipping costs) within 30 days of Coco & Ives' receipt of item.

Please note only full priced items are eligible for refunds and store credit; all discounted items are final sale.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping through USPS and DHL.  All International orders will ship via USPS (7-21 business days) at a flat rate.  Please note we are not able to offer tracking or delivery confirmation on these packages and are not responsible for lost or damaged parcels.  Please allow up to 21 business days from your shipping confirmation if selecting USPS.  Please allow up to 5 business days if selecting our expedited shipping via DHL. 

All customs, duties and tariffs are the sole responsibility of the customer and please note orders may experience holds and delays due to customs.  The customer assumes all costs associated with declaration value and tariff costs in the country they are shipping to.  If you have any questions regarding import fees please contact your local carrier facility.

International Returns


International orders are final sale and are therefore not eligible for refunds.  We will not take responsibility for items that are lost or damaged during international shipment once the package dispatches from the our facility.  If the package is lost or damaged after it leaves our shipment facility it is up to the customer to report and deal directly with the mail carrier used.  Please note we are unfortunately not able to track international shipments once they leave the United States and suggest selecting expedited shipping in order to discourage shipping delays.  


Coco & Ives reserves the right to alter our return and shipping policies at any time without notification to the customer.
